MS-DOS

As some of you might know I started a new job yesterday. It's a small paper, The Newberg Graphic. I was already disapointed when I realized that they were worshipers of the dark side and ran an older version of XP - Pro. Imagine my stupor when I realized that the editing software we use to file our stories runs on MS-DOS. Yes, you read correctly. I write stories in white characters on a blue background and have only limited use of my mouse. (Left to right and it highlights.) But it's all good because they are going to pay for my entrance at the National Writers Workshop in PDX next month.
